Return Eligibility
We accept returns on non-sale items within 180 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item(s) must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be accompanied by your original sales receipt or order confirmation
- Be returned in a secure package
We do not accept returns for personalized items with customer-made errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect images, or wrong selections made at checkout). Please double-check your order before placing it.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email [email protected] within the 180-day window.
Please include:
- Full name on the order
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and issue
- Your preference: replacement or refund
We’ll reply promptly with a return approval and the address for the return.
Return Instructions
Once your return is approved:
- Package the item securely, including a copy of your purchase confirmation email.
- Ship your return using a local postal service or courier.
- Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return’s progress.
When your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement via email.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns shipped without prior approval.
- We do not process returns for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error (as stated in our Shipping Policy).
- Returned items must be received in acceptable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
