Cancel/Change Order Policy

At Trainingspeed, we totally get it—sometimes you click “Buy Now” and then immediately go “Oops!”
Whether you’ve spotted a typo, picked the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we’ve got you covered (as long as it’s within the time window below).
What You Can Do (and When)
We offer free cancellations or order changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Here’s how it works:
- Cancel or modify within 24 hours:
Email us at [email protected] or use our Contact Us page. - After 24 hours:
Your order will likely have moved into production or shipping and can no longer be changed or canceled.
So if you need to adjust anything, don’t wait—reach out to us as soon as possible!
Double-Check Your Address
Before submitting your order, please make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate. This includes apartment numbers, zip codes, and spelling.
If an order gets returned due to an incorrect address:
- We can’t refund the shipping cost.
- You may be asked to cover re-shipping fees if you’d like it sent again.
