Intellectual Property Protection Policy
Last Updated: July 10, 2025
Trainingspeed is committed to respecting and protecting intellectual property rights. This policy outlines our principles and the process for intellectual property owners to report alleged infringement on our website.
Our Commitment to IP Rights
Trainingspeed, operated by Tristan Ly, respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, businesses, and users. We expect the same standard from our visitors and any business partners. All content on our site, including product listings, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, written descriptions, and other materials, is either owned by Trainingspeed or legally used with permission.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property law is strictly prohibited.
- Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any material owned by Trainingspeed or third parties without express written consent.
Prohibited Infringement
Users and any contributors to Trainingspeed.com (if applicable) must not upload, distribute, sell, or display any material that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights of others. We take IP violations seriously and act in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and related laws.
Reporting IP Infringements
If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized agent) and believe your rights have been violated by content or products on Trainingspeed.com, you may submit an Intellectual Property Infringement Notice.
Please include the following required details in your written notice:
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed.
- Exact location (URL) or product listing of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your full contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
Our Response & Investigation
Upon receiving a complete and valid infringement notice:
- We will promptly investigate the complaint.
- If the claim is found valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- In some cases, we may notify the user associated with the content or listing (if applicable).
- Where appropriate, a counter-notification process may be offered in accordance with the DMCA.
Trainingspeed is not obligated to mediate disputes between rights holders and users but will comply with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In cases where a user, contributor, or account holder (if applicable) is found to be a repeat infringer, Trainingspeed reserves the right to terminate or suspend their access or account at its sole discretion.
False Claims
Submitting a false infringement claim—knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing—may expose the reporting party to legal liability. We reserve the right to pursue remedies for any misuse of this policy.
