Refund Policy

At Trainingspeed, your satisfaction is our goal. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Below is our current refund and cancellation policy, designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.


Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—within 24 hours of placing it.

  • How: Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • What happens: We’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund—no fees, no hassle.
  • After 24 hours: Orders are submitted for processing and customization, so cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, design, or quantity. Instead:

  • Cancel within 24 hours if you made a mistake
  • Then reorder with the correct information
  • Need help? Reach out to our support team—we’re happy to guide you

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 180 days of your delivery date under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Product arrives damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong size, design, or item
  • Product is significantly different from its online description

Not Eligible:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with minor thread or finishing defects
  • Orders with spelling/image errors made by the customer
  • Items missing original tags or packaging

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”

Include the following:

  • Full name on the order
  • Order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Your preference: refund or replacement
  • Proof of purchase or shipping receipt (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.


Return & Refund Process

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return address
  • Instructions for sending your item back
  • Please include a copy of your confirmation email inside the return package
  • Use a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Timeline

  • Refund issued within: 2 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Funds back in your account: Usually within 10–15 business days (bank processing times vary)
  • Still no refund after that? Contact your bank or card provider

All refunds include the original shipping costs unless the return is ineligible.


Additional Notes

  • Our return window is 180 days from delivery. After that, items are considered final sale.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments—please pack carefully and retain tracking info.
  • Do not return any items until you’ve received return instructions from our team.
