Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Processing begins only after payment is approved.
  • We handle orders Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC–05:00).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. postal holidays will start processing the next available business day.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive two emails: one confirming your order, and another with tracking details.
  • Please allow 3–7 days for your tracking link to become active. If it hasn’t updated, your package likely hasn’t been scanned yet.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Some orders need extra love!
  • If your item is customized, please allow additional design time—this varies depending on complexity. We’ll keep you in the loop.

Where We Ship (And Where We Don’t)

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Incorrect Address? Please Double-Check!

Mistakes happen, but here’s what you should know:

  • Incorrect or missing info can delay your shipment—we may contact you to fix it.
  • We can’t refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
  • Returned packages are not restocked and may be discarded.
  • A re-shipping fee will apply if you’d like us to try again.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.
